"Decent prices, but not enough games"
So... I checked out HRKGame looking for a few games, but the selection felt limited. A couple of popular titles I expected to find weren’t there, and there was a lot of random stuff to scroll through. The prices seemed okay, but the browsing experience was kind of disappointing

i mean, the price looked good at first, but then an extra fee showed up at checkout. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I do wish it had been clearer earlier.

I had to wait a little longer than I expected to hear back from support. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I did find myself checking for a response a few times. Once they got back to me, though, they were helpful and addressed what I needed

"Worked fine, surprisingly"
I wasn’t exactly confident buying a game key from hrkgame, but to be fair, it went smoother than I expected. The code showed up quickly after I paid, I copied it into Steam, and it activated on the first try. i was ready for some kind of hassle, but there wasn’t one. Price was decent too, so yeah, I’d probably use them again

the site loaded fast for me, and it was easy enough to click around and find what i needed. search worked fine, and checkout didn’t freeze or get annoying, which is what i cared about most. a few pages felt a little cluttered, and i did have to refresh once, but overall it was a good experience. not perfect, but definitely decent

I did end up getting my refund, so at least that part was handled, but it took way longer than I expected. I kept checking and waiting, and it just felt like the whole thing dragged on unnecessarily. Glad it’s finally sorted, but the wait was frustrating.

I grabbed a game key here for a really good price, definitely cheaper than most other sites I checked. Everything worked fine for me. It wasn’t anything fancy, but for the savings I’m not going to nitpick.

"Coupon worked smoothly"
I tried using a coupon code at checkout and, it went through without any hassle. The price dropped right away, which is always a nice surprise since coupon codes are usually such a gamble everywhere. I did have to try one expired code first, but that feels normal with these kinds of deals. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Fair Refund Process, Just a Bit Slow"
I ended up buying the wrong key, which was on me, so I had to ask for a refund. I was expecting some ridiculous back-and-forth, but it was actually straightforward. Support wasn’t super quick to reply, but once they did, they explained what they needed and checked my order. Since I hadn’t used the key, they approved the refund. The money came back after a few days. Not the fastest process ever, but it felt fair overall. 4 stars.

I ran into a problem and contacted support, and they got it sorted really quickly. Like, no endless back-and-forth, no waiting around for days, no confusing instructions, no being passed from one person to another, just quick help and the issue was fixed. it was simple, smooth, and way easier than I expected

"Easy to Browse, Checkout Felt a Bit Stuck"
Finding games was easy and the menus loaded fast, so that part was smooth. The checkout page took me a minute to figure out though, and I kind of felt trapped there for a bit, like I wasn’t sure what to click next. Overall it worked fine, just a little clunky at the end

“They are a scam company. They put my account on hold and demanded that I send them a picture of myself holding my ID and debit card to proceed with the transaction, but not before charging my bank account. When contacting Support, they said the photos I sent were unintelligible (which was a bold lie) and never sent me the keys that they charged me for.”
